I am aware that currently if I need to export all the rows from query, I can accomplish this through an export process thanks to Rachel's thorough
post.
However, it would be a huge time saver and really make my life a lot easier if I could export all the rows DIRECTLY from the query. I've heard and understand that it was designed this way to speed up the query's performance, but it is a challenge for some other team members to figure out how to use an export process and it's so much faster to do it right from the query.
I think to get the best of both worlds, perhaps the query can run for the first 500 rows initially, but then have an option that says "Show all rows." Also, maybe a prompt saying "This may take a few moments" will help set the expectation that it could take a while to run.
Please look at implementing this, it'll really help me and my teammates save some time!
