Include the constituent's name in the Failure notification emails from Blackbaud
Occasionally, Online Sales constituents misspell their email address, which of course generates a bounced email notification.
The email notifications don't have any helpful information in them to let us know which constituent's email address is wrong so we can call him/her to get it corrected.
Here's an example:

There's no way to know who to contact so he/she can get their tickets.

For this, I copy/paste the email into the constituent email search and then contact the patron.
