Add Comment Field to Constituencies Dialogue Box
It would be great if the Constituencies dialogue box could include a comments field, like the Attributes box does. E.g., I just posted that one of our high-profile constituents used to be a volunteer. Another staff person, seeing that, will wonder why this person isn't in our (separate) volunteer database. It would be perfect if I could enter a comment explaining the reason.
