I just found a past case on this and our products team found that Ticket and Merchandise revenue DOES count towards these donor constituencies. They are considering making a change to this functionality in the future, so users can specify which types of revenue would apply towards the constituency. But as of right now, Ticket and Merchandise revenue may be included.
