Soft crediting the spouse AFTER the sale is already done?
When someone does an online ticket sale (I guess an advanced/daily sales ticket sale as well) and it hard credits their record, is there a way to go into the sale after it's done and soft credit the spouse? We have our recognition settings to soft credit spouses, but it doesn't do that for folks who converted over from RE. We are manually updating the recognition credits on the records that converted, but it is a slow process. So for now, if someone does a sale on a record that doesn't have the recognition credits configured on their record, can we take that sale and soft credit the spouse?
