Mapping Old Field Entries to New Ones
Hello,
I wanted to see if Altru could develop a capability to map information to new fields. For example, we are working to streamline our contact method types so instead of handwritten note and invite we would have mail as the interaction type. However, since we have 100s of records with the handwritten and invite interaction type, we cannot delete their respective types and it would be too onerous to change these records individually. It would be helpful if there was a means for us to be able to transfer or change these entries on a system-wide basis to the new interaction type.
