Inability to delete registrations.
The inability to delete registrations to special events, even after the payment has been deleted, is not helpful. I understand the need for record-keeping, but I find that the lock-out on editing or deleting records throughout the database in general is incredibly frustrating. Adding controls and restrictions for insuring reliable data is fine, but given the learning curve, all this lock-out is doing is creating endless clutter and making reliable querying and reporting more and more difficult.
