I was just coming to submit this idea. The report itemizes the charges, but doesn't include the price per item. This seems like an easy thing for them to fix.
An itemized invoice is a crucial element of doing business; clients demand it and accountants need it.
This has to happen. I have staff making a case to drop Altru based on this crucial element
This is the one crucial piece missing from an otherwise very well put together report.
