Send One Yearly Acknowledgement Email for Monthly Automatic Payments

It'd be great if we could tailor acknowledgements. I'd like my monthly automatic payments to be acknowledged, but only once a year. Additionally, I have donors who are "green minded" and only want to be thanked quarterly. And if someone has an address that is marked "Do Not Mail" it would be great if they could still be acknowledged, since by "Do Not Mail" we really mean do not mass mail.
