Can we add a red flag or "alert" to organizations that pops up before entering a reservation?
Sometimes we want a red flag raised when an organization calls to make a tour reservation. We want our staff to know that there is an important issue to consider BEFORE they enter the reservation. In our previous booking system there was a little red flag we could click and a warning would pop up, not allowing us to enter the reservation until the pop up had been opened. Is there some feature we can use in Altru that will alert us to red flag issues associated with organizations before entering reservations?
