I need to run a report everyday to give to the staff that gives them a breakdown of the groups that will be visiting for the day. I like the Daily Reservation report but its lacking a few key fields that I absolutely need:



-Comments


-Group Type


-Staffing Resources


-Volunteers assigned to resource



I can get most of this information through query like comments, group type, etc but I am not able to pull the assigned volunteer name to a job on a reservation. It pulls any volunteer that was ever assigned to a job with that name. This adds a lot of manual work on my end each day to get a simple report.
