Changing language on the checkout page

We're about to go live and so were reviewing all the web forms information in the checkout process online. When we get to the (almost) final page, where you enter your credit card information, after you enter all the information, it looks like your only two options are "continue" or "cancel." Our Altru consultant told us (since we didnt enter real cc info yet) that hitting Continue charges the card and takes you to the confirmation page.

If that's correct, we'd really like the power to change the language for the "Continue" button. "Continue" implies there might be other steps and we want it to be very clear to people they are about to be charged. We'd like to be able to change that to say something like "Complete Transaction" or just some language to let people know they'll be charged.

Is that an issue anybody else has come upon?
