Maintenence emails should include an iCalendar attachment

Blackbaud maintenance emails should include an iCalendar (.ics) file attachement. Users could then open the file to automatically add the maintenance date and details to their calendar. Both Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCal support the iCalendar file format.
