Appeals / Designations do not appear in dropdowns in batch
In Batch, appeals and designations do not appear in the drop down unless you go one by one and "link" them. When clicking the dropdown menu next to Designation or Appeal it is blank. Having to use the search box each time is very time consuming. From the get go the designations and appeals should appear in the dropdowns.
