simpler way to assign volunteers to jobs

I would love to see a simpler way to assign volunteers to jobs. Maybe have a screen on the right with the list of volunteer and on the left a list of current open jobs. You would drag the volunteers to the appropriate jobs. Really, it just is too many steps to assign volunteers.
