Can visitors buy tickets on their mobile devices?

Can visitors buy tickets on their mobile devices? Our website and calendar page work fine on my phone, but as soon as I hit the button that on the computer takes me to the Altru web forms pages (and on to the checkout), the screen goes blank. Is that a problem with the settings on my phone (I have cookies and javascript both enable), within Altru, or can people just not buy tickets yet using mobile browsers?
