Does anyone else struggle with pulling out a donor's revenue and recognition history? We have a lot of donors who receive soft credit for various foundation or corporate gifts. When we are quickly looking at the revenue history tab, it would be nice to see recognition credits as well. A notation on the side, that says soft credit would work.
It's hard to remember to look over and check recognition history. For several of our donors who received soft credits for major gifts, this information is important to know quickly, so it would be nice to see it all on one tab.

We don't have plans to change this layout in 2016 but we will continue to monitor feedback on this experience for the future.
We struggle every day with this issue. We have a huge number of donors who pay by donor-advised funds, foundations, etc. Even worse, if the spouse pays for something, you might need to look in two tabs on each record. It's very inefficient, especially if you have a donor on the phone asking a question about their giving.
