program webform text should change based on availability

I absolutely love being able to change the webform text for program events so easily.

It would be even better if there would be options to have different text once the event is full.

Currently, I am changing the text when the event is full. I use the space to inform the patron about upcoming opportunities. It would be helpful to have this as automatic, though. It would also be nice because I delete the original webform text, and it would be nice to keep that text for future reference.
