I agree with all of these bullet points. In particular, the ability to globally change a default webform setting would be very useful for us. We often do not want the defaults (i.e. we require phone number), and this update is made manually across almost 500! events. It would also be helpful to update webform settings for a subset group of program events, and be able to query on webform fields so we can validate that changes were made properly. Lastly, I'd like more flexibility in which contact details are required (title, phone, address). I would like to create a simplified registration form for our free events, but the webforms for 'event registrations' & 'payment settings' make this impossible.
I agree as well. The lack of customization has forced us to look at utilizing other systems. I would like to see this become a top priority for Blackbaud as the webforms section is a selling item.
I agree. The webforms in Altru are extremely basic. Blackbaud NetCommunity's web pages have much more capabilities with them and it is a shame that Altru does not have the same functionalities. The tribute/memorial donations need more than just a comment box. It would be nice if it actually linked to a tribute in Altru.
