Revenue Report Improvements

Well, first of all, the performance with the revenue report needs to be fixed. It's a HUGE problem that you can't run an entire year. And, in some cases, can't even run an entire week.

It would also be nice to have a combined Revenue Report, Discount Report, and Event Attendance report so that all the data could be seen in one place.
