I find it very inconvenient the Altru implementation does not include any way to actually train your finance staff on their financial information. We have FE, and even had FE Gl accounts added to our work of scope, after one phone call between our finance team and Altru, that was considered all that was needed, and they were not included in the implementation process. So here are all of our departments taking in money, trying to figure out how to all post to GL separately, and uor Finance in FE, and they said that is not part of Altru training. How is incorporating your financials not part of Altru training no matter what product you are using, let alone another blackabud product. Very disappointed.
