Allow for Multiple Upgrades in one Membership Period

We have two add-on's to our memberships that can be purchased at anytime during the year. Additional Cardholder and Additional Two guests. However, we cannot  (as far as I know) upgrade the same membership twice if our members at two different times want to purchase the add-on's. For example Mary Member purchases a family membership, summer comes and she adds on the nanny in May, and then in September she wants to add on the additional two guests feature. To accomplish this we have to cancel the membership and essential re-do it on the back end.
