If membership revenue is refunded, removed associated "action" from Recent Membership transcations

A duplicate membership was refunded, but I could not delete the renew action associated with that transaction.  I adjusted the expiration and added a comment, but it should not be there at all since it is no longer a renewal transaction.

At the very least, add a visual cue.

    Agreed! It would also be great to remove these transactions from the summary page.
