We would like to add an option to the table Mark Individual Deceased > Confirmation. Access through the code tables is available for Mark Individual Deceased > Source, but not Confirmation. Please open up the source table for Confirmation so we can add to it.

I agree! I just tried to add a new option in the code tables after another staff member pointed this out and was disappointed not to be able to do so.
Yes. You allow us to say we confirmed it by an obituary, but then we only have the choices of unconfirmed, relative or death certificate. We don't ever get death certificates, and relatives usually only let us know if they are offended because we keep mailing things! We could have a "Confirmed" or an "Office confirmed" or etc.
I agree. Having only the "Confirmation" options of "Unconfirmed, Death Certificate & Relative Verified" are far too vague and most of the time, we never see a death certificate but confirm it a different way. We would like the option "CONFIRMED" to be included and also have access to add other reason in this code table.
