Quite often one spouse makes the donation and the other submits it for a matching gift.  Not much of a problem when they have the same last name, but when they have different last names is it hard to tie the matching gift to the correct constituent.  I'd love to have a note field where I could input spouse name. The notes field would need to be visible when entering the matching gift payments.
