Because of the way our designations are set up and corporate memberships are assigned, we often have to manually assign memberships to our corporate partners. It's nice to be able to track the benefits; however, we are not able to accurately track the value of the benefits. If the benefit values exceed the gift value (which in some cases is $0 since we've had to manually assign the membership), we are not able to record the benefit amounts. We receive this message: The total value of the benefits cannot exceed the revenue amount. I think that the organization, and not Altru, should be able to decide of the benefit values exceed the gift values.
