Sometimes a refund method can be entered incorrectly and it would be nice if we could adjust the refund method on an already refunded payment

I would also add the ability to adjust the payment method after a payment has taken place. If the cashier selects the wrong payment type they have to refund the order, then process the order again with the correct payment type.
I think this is a great option.
