Add "Revenue Category" to Membership Form

It would be great to have the "revenue category" on the membership form instead of going back to the transaction and adding it once it has processed. We keep track of individuals, corporations, foundations, etc this way, and it would save time to be able to add it all in one transaction instead of two!
