We have a rotating staff at the front desk, and when they sell a new membership, often it is a new employee who forgets to click on the Member Card tab in the Sell A Membership screen to issue cards to the members. They are trained to do this but the front desk is very busy and with new employees, it doesn't always happen. If they don't issue it, then I don't know about it when I run the membership card process. Currently I have the Accounting manager double check with me when these come across his desk, but this is a hassle for him and should not be needed.  I have had several upset members call to complain that they haven't gotten their membership cards. Please, we need a prompt or something so that the front desk person cannot complete the sale without first issuing the membership card. Even better, you could fix it so it issues the cards automatically.
