The ability to make transactional refunds on membership transactions beyond the most recent transaction

In some cases a membership transaction was added to an incorrect account but not discovered until additional transactions have been added.  An example would be online if the transaction is added to a gift giver instead of recipients or if the transaction is just added to someone at the same apartment building.
