A way to see how a query is being used

I want to clean up our Info Library, but many times the "Ad-hoc query could not be deleted. This ad-hoc query or a selection created from this ad-hoc query may be in use" error message appears. I have no idea where to even begin to track down which selection is being used in which query. A "query path" would be helpful in keeping a clean Info Library.
