Add quantity for overall price types in Sales by Price Types report

The quantity for each price type is available by program, but if you want a total quantity by price type, you have to either export the report and add them up yourself, or create a query. As a non-profit we have a lot of free ticketed program and events, so are more interested in the total attendance for a time period.
