Sales orders processed through Daily Sales can have multiple gift membership transactions in a single order, but the Acknowledgements process only outputs one gift membership and the rest need to be done manually. All gift memberships should be included as separate acknowledged records.
A solution for EMAILED acknowledgements would be appreciated!

The acknowledgement process will pull one letter per piece of revenue, but you can still output multiple applications or items on the letter from that order. See our Solution: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/72978 When you're adding gift membership fields in Step 5.1, simply choose "Number to export" to be a number greater than 1.
