When BB promotes Altru they show a picture of Mr. Hernandez.  Talk to most Altru clients and they have a few pictures out of thousands of constituent records.  Imaging FaceBook without a Picture.  So much value added leverage wasted.  Solution:  Membership cards or Apps like most membership fitness clubs (check out LA fitness).  Join.  Take picture of member.  Auto drop into constituent record.  Barcode cards and members picture comes up (like fitness club) when arrive.  Or add phone application.  They can scan phone.  If husband or nanny, add picture.  Improves security and can be more green.   Also benefits long relationship development when there are faces to names.
