Altru has a lot of useful functions, but where the walled-off environment of Altru ends, organizations have a host of other SaaS tools that should be able to seamlessly integrate with Altru. Creating API hooks for integration tools like Zapier and IFTTT would enable users to better use their Altru data across their organization and truly make it the centerpiece of their data infrastructure.

Just realized this idea is from Jan 23, 2017. :( Seems d that it's still up since I guess it won't be happening? Any chance it'll be reviewed again?

I love this idea. There are so many great products out there that we are regularly using that don't communicate with Altru. And I really think it needs to be something like Zapier. If the only option is the Sky API, however good that is, if other companies/developers don't use it it's not worth much. Our organization is too small to higher and outside developer. Being able to integrate Altru with existing connectors like Zapier would be HUGE! :)
