An operator prints out a Group Sales itemized document for a date in the future, the same group sale reservation does not show the day of visit. No payments or refunds made. You can cancel this reservation but since a sales document (which you cannot delete) was printed, you are unable to delete this reservation.
Unfortunately since we did not know that the system worked like this and was under the impression that the reservation could be deleted, there is now a balance due showing on a cancelled reservation and we cannot change anything in the itinerary.
Even if Altru could do something about these situations that would be fantastic but alas nothing can be done and everything is locked in.
