When entering Prospect Plan steps, make "Contact Method" field required

We enter constituent interactions in two different ways: using the Interactions tab, and using Steps in the prospect plan. Steps entered in the prospect plan automatically show up as Interactions (on the Interactions tab and in queries and export)... UNLESS the "Contact Method" field is left blank. We would like the "Contact Method" field in Steps to be required, so that we remember to enter a contact method so that our Steps always show up as Interactions.
