Our gift officers use the Pending Activity view to review and update their pending steps. However, sometimes they need to look up other information on the constituent (other interactions, giving history, etc.) in order to determine the best course of action on a given pending step. We would like the Constituent names to be clickable links so that gift officers can quickly jump over to the constituent record and look up this information.
