Have the program description show on the Program URL in web forms when there are events with different names

When a scheduled program has events with different names, the program URL in web forms shows the event names in a list. This page does not show the description that was entered on the Web Forms tab of the program record. That description only shows on the individual event web forms. Having the description on the program URL would allow for a message to customers regarding all of the events within.
