Webform Options button editable at top level

Right now, in order to change the Language of the webform, you have to edit it for every registered event under a program. It would be nice to make these changes at the Registered Program  top level

    This!! I am setting up hourly timed entry admissions and will have to revise web form member log in text for every hourly "event"!
