I love the new guest passes feature, but it's a huge disadvantage to the members who have been with us for years to not have the option to have this benefit apply retroactively as we roll it out to new members. Additionally, I would like to be able to choose what levels can add-on this benefit instead of it applying to all levels in my program.
it would be helpful if we could choose several types of guest passes. Guest Pass 1 goes to everyone and is for these designations (such as planetarium tickets). Guest Pass 2 goes to upper level members and goes to these designations (such as complimentary docent training lectures). Guest Pass 3 is used for corporate sponsorship (such as general admission).
Currently, there is one type of guest pass. We are currently using it for free planetarium tickets as a member benefit, however it would be helpful to be able to use this feature for other types of limited passes.
We have somewhere around 7K members who are already signed up for the two membership levels we offer Guest Passes for.
I'd like to add that we currently use "Adult, Child, and/or Senior" guest passes to query on, with this new feature, our cashiers would have to use two buttons to continue to record this attendance, one to apply the Altru Guest Pass, and another to apply the type of guest.
Also, it seems that we cannot have both the "Renew" and "Initial" options available at the same time.
