Add the option to remove certain membership programs from Daily Sales

Currently, Altru doesn't have a way to remove certain membership programs from the Membership button in Daily Sales. The Membership button always list all active membership levels.

We have membership programs for Garden Clubs, employees, etc. that we don't want to be available through Daily Sales. The ability to exclude these programs should be possible the same way that it is possible to exclude these categories from web sales.
