It would be fabulous to add SMS messaging to the omni-channels provided currently through Altru; notifying constituents of upcoming programs, events, to donate, etc. would encourage interaction and engagement. Plus, campaign based reporting.
WANT: Profile data such as name, email, mobile number, address (ideal, not necessary), and interactions are synchronized in real time.
