Currently when outputting the discount code in query you will get multiple lines if more than one code is attached to a discount. This is also not possible to get via export. This keeps us from being able to see individual uses of each code
Promo codes are useless if we can't analyze how they are being used and which ones are coming back to us. Please fix this!
The fact that Altru does not currently have a way to segment promo codes is asinine. This makes promo codes essentially useless. Not knowing this particular Altru quirk, I set up a discount with 5 different promo codes and was quite frustrated weeks later to find out that I can't tell who used what code now. Please include this fix in the next update.
Yes! We need to be able to track who is using what code.
Discount Codes should be a field in the Scheduled Event Ticket Detail. We need to know who used a discount code in their online transaction so we can collect coupons, check IDs, etc.
This is a critical update. For instance, when trying to determine which discounts are most frequently used via daily sales (in order to create the correct buttons to make the process most efficient), the discount report is not relevant as a single order might have a discount applied to a large number of items. Not being able to see the promotion codes in query makes it impossible to see how frequently promotion codes are used at the front desk.
It is imperative that we be able to report the discounts used for a particular event and not just by sales date as the current Discount report is configured.
