The ability to add or change trait types

I use "traits" as often as I can to help me quickly sort through volunteers for specific tasks. For example, which volunteers are photographers? Which volunteers are CPR/first aid certified?

However, I wish I could add a "trait type" for programs; we have programming (reptile encounters, make and take slime, planetarium shows, etc.) that happen on our exhibit floor and none of the "trait types" offered by Altru work for this situation. It would be nice to indicate that an exhibit floor volunteer (a "volunteer type") is trained to run a planetarium show (a "trait").
