What if each Altru DB had a share drive for all the users in an organization to access? For example, on everyone's homepage there would be a link to the data entry manual guide, how-to's made by organization staff, and other processes and procedures. Our organization has a share drive on all computers titled: Altru. In this share drive are all of these documents. Wouldn't it be nice to have a folder INSIDE of our Altru DB?
