It is such a hassle having to email images as we're chatting, and we often need to use images to communicate our issues easier. Additionally, please make it easier to add images to community posts. Both are such long processes.

Gillian, I use Jing to capture screenshots and then send a link to the image during chats. This is helpful to get things done all in chat and without having to also use email, but I agree it would be useful to be able to insert the actual image instead.
