Rather than going to the complete registrant list and having to sort through it looking for one host/guest relationship, it would be much easier just be able to open the individual purchaser/host record and see who that person's guests are.

Yes! We were just working on this yesterday. Even to get a list of this information plus how much their ticket amount is, I've had to create both an export and a query. Either keep ALL of this information with the host in the sales order, or create a report for events.
