Is there ever going to be a change to show online donations in the recognition process?
Running a query on the total of donations that came in by online sales this year is over $60,000. That's $60,000 that would not be accounted for in recognition credits. Donors don't care how they give, but they do expect that we recognize them properly for the full amount.
I agree! The whole point of recognition programs is to see a total giving amount. How is that accurate at all if it does not include gifts that are made online?? Online giving is so important now!
