We have had difficulty readily displaying a zero balance for a group reservation that has canceled. Internally, externally, and ideally we would like to be able to see what the original cost of the reservation was and what the adjusted amount was. Currently, in order to display a zero balance on a reservation you have to remove all of the costs associated which is an auditing nightmare. Also, it requires us to create documents outside of the system, which in my opinion is ridiculous considering how costly the system is. Please consider rethinking how you approach sales as this is a crucial function for most non-profits that receive funding.
